Resilience Fund for Women and Girls Across Africa
Apr 1, 2026 – Apr 30, 2026
Aid for African Women & Girls (A2WG) is pleased to announce a new call for proposals under the Resilience Fund for Women and Girls Across Africa, a protection-focused funding opportunity designed to support frontline, women-led, and community-rooted organizations working to improve the safety, dignity, and resilience of women and girls.
Through this call, A2WG seeks concept notes from eligible NGOs, CBOs, and local organizations operating in Nigeria, Cameroon, and Sudan that are responding to protection risks affecting women and girls, especially in fragile, conflict-affected, underserved, and high-risk communities. The fund is intended to strengthen locally led protection action that is practical, survivor-centered, and grounded in the realities faced by women and girls.
A2WG is particularly interested in proposals that address risks such as gender-based violence, harmful practices, exclusion from essential protection services, weak referral pathways, displacement-related vulnerabilities, and barriers affecting adolescent girls, young women, women with disabilities, and other at-risk groups.
